The Vulcan District serves youth across the Over the Mountain communities of Homewood, Hoover, Mountain Brook, and Vestavia Hills, as well as the neighborhoods of Southside, Forest Park, Avondale, and Redmont. With more than 45 units, we proudly deliver a high-quality Scouting America program to young people throughout our area.

From Cub Scout Packs and Scouts BSA Troops to Venturing Crews, Sea Scout Ships, and Explorer Posts, Scouting in the Vulcan District truly offers something for everyone.
