- Summer NYLT Course
The Winter Course will be conducted over two three-day weekends at Camp Comer:
- January 17-19, 2015
- February 13-16, 2015
The Spring and Summer NYLT Courses will be conducted as a week long course and will be offered during these weeks:
- May 24-30, 2015 at Camp Jackson
- July 12-18, 2015 at Camp Westmoreland
NYLT augments the training received from Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST) or the Introduction to Leadership Skills for Crews (ILSC). NYLT focuses on the skills needed by Senior Patrol Leaders, Patrol Leaders, Presidents and Boatswains. The course is led by a volunteer staff of youth and adults experienced in training youth leaders.
